Fun note: at a 2012 White House event, I had a great chat with President Obama about his Punahou high school hoops teammate & our Trojan teammate John 'Squeeze' Kamana (1980-1983). The President told me, "When I'm in Honolulu, Squeeze shows up for my pick-up basketball games and is still in great shape!"
