We also connect JV equity opportunities. Ground up projects included. Multi-family/apartments, hotels, office, industrial, assisted living, student housing, retail/shopping centers, self-storage, RV Parks. We will look at anything as long as the following:
Sponsors must have positive track record and financial strength.
No startup companies.
Members of PPBN should be direct to the sponsor/owner/operator or one off. NO Daisy chains will be accepted.
