How to set a Lab Opportunity Clinic Call

How do I schedule a Sales/Clinic call:

1. Fill out the Clinic Call Worksheet and submit.

Very important because we will only get one chance to close these Doctors/Clinics.

2. After the Clinic Call form is completed a representative from Pro Players Business will review it and send you an email with instructions and a Calendly link.

3. Once you receive the Calendly booking link, you will schedule the Zoom call with the Doctor/Clinic.

*Do not pass the link to the doctor/clinic.

**Add yourself to the clinic call

4. Please attend the Clinic Call. Our team will discuss all aspects of our program and answer any questions.

Clinic Call Follow Up - This is your potential client and we may need your assistance with follow-up communications and information.
